Return & Refund Policy

All Fuego Surf Shop products are made to order and printed specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns. There are two sizing charts listed to ensure your items fit prior to purchasing. 

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at melissa@fuegosurfshop.com. Include a photo of the issue and your order number, and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.

Wrong Address We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

Lost Packages If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we'll work with our fulfillment partner to resolve it.

Customer service is important to Fuego Surf shop and we aim to please. Please don't hesitate to reach out and we will get back to you within three days or less.
